Install, enable, disable, and inspect Composer plugins from the Plugin Manager.
Overview
The Plugin Manager installs and lifecycle-manages Composer plugins: enable/disable, uninstall, review updates, and inspect manifests, permissions, hooks, and settings.
Where it lives
Route: /plugins (plugins.index; admin/settings/plugins redirects here)
Open Admin → System → Plugins. Requires plugins.manage.
